If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please cancel 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the service time, a 50% payment of the service cancelled will be charged. No Show Policy: If you are unable to attend your appointment and fail to give notice, you will be required to pay the full amount of the missed service. Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and have not notified the service provider, you will be required to reschedule the appointment. This will be viewed as a no-show appointment and you will be charged accordingly.
